Strategy, growth, and operating clarity for leaders building their next chapter.
I work with CEOs and founders of established, often family-led companies at inflection points — generational transitions, new capital, milestone anniversaries. The work is independent, direct, and actionable.
Define and communicate the strategy for the next chapter. Frame growth, modernization, and new business-model options into a clear, supportive narrative.
Design business models and structure deals that capture more of the value the company creates. Pipeline programs, equity/royalty/IP arrangements, and revenue diversification — built to fit the strategy.
Identify and prioritize the systems improvements that strengthen the core business. Target the places where better systems compound: margins, throughput, and the speed of good decisions.
Select the technology that fits — then manage the change it takes to make adoption stick. Vendor independent, with no stake in any platform or product.
I work alongside leaders of established companies — often family-led, often at an inflection point — helping shape the next chapter without losing what made the first one work.
Engagements start with a focused, fixed-fee assessment — weeks, not months — that produces a decision-ready roadmap and a clear next phase. From there we scope further work to build, implement, or embed for execution. Low-risk to start, real depth when it matters.
